PAYMENT METHODS
1. Bank transfers:
Details regarding our current bank accounts will be provided upon request. Customers are kindly asked to send us proof of payment via telephone or fax after transfers are placed. Galaxy – Thien Ha will confirm your payment once we receive your transfers.

2. Cash payment:
•    For group bookings and tailor-made tours:
Customers are kindly asked to pay 50 – 70% of the total cost when signing the contract. The rest will be paid after the tour.
When signing the tour contracts, customers are asked to present necessary identification documents, recommendation papers and Galaxy – Thien Ha sealed receipts to avoid any frauds or speculation. 

•    For individual customers:
Please pay extra attention to enter the correct entrance to Galaxy – Thien Ha Office to avoid any mistakes.
When placing the order, please provide us details in regards to your personal information, tours and dates; our salespeople will look up on the systems and issue your tour tickets.
If you arrive without an appointment or booking, our on duty salespeople will consult and serve you immediately.
